Shipping & Returns

Delivery generally takes place within 7-14 business days with packages sent through FedEx or Canada Post.

There is a 30-day cancellation right on all orders.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable. 
• Any item(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected.
• The item(s) must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging.
• Item(s) that have been damaged, dirty or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

We offer return labels for your convenience. To obtain a prepaid mailing label for your return, please visit and complete our return portal to create and print your return label. Please use the information associated with your order to log into the return portal (order number and postal code). 

A $5.00 fee will be deducted from the total of your refund for the use of the prepaid label. When using our prepaid label, simply apply it to the package and drop it off at the nearest Canada Post or FedEx counter. Once the return has been received, approved, and processed on our side, our service team will issue the refund through your original payment method. Refunds may take 4-10 business days to post to your account after being processed.
